Effective June 16, 2013, the revised Industrial Collective Agreement rate for Estevan subsistence increases to $150 per day worked for the following trades: Electrical, Plumber/Pipefitter, Sheet Metal, Insulator, Bricklayer, Operating Engineer, Carpenter, Millwright, Ironworker, Labourer and Cement Mason.
